    The SGH-I897ZKAATT Samsung Captivate has obvious problems across the nation. Why hasn't there been a re-call? Why doesn't Samsung honor their warranty after claiming they will? Why wouldn't they want a happy customer instead of losing one with 4 of the same product? We verified the IMEI and Serial number over the phone with Samsung who issued a pre-paid UPS shipping label and repair order. When they received it, they emailed and said it was NOT under warranty.   • Poor customer service and Repair Service



    On December 10, 2011. I sent my phone GalaxyPrevail to Samsung. I patiently waited for an email, or call since I was advised I would. On January 30, I still have not received my phone. After calling them the month of December and January (weekly). I was advised my phone had been lost through UPS (no email received on this important matter). I filed a claim with UPS and they were to contact Samsung for details. My phone was found and was given a new Tracking label.     I started seeing the white dots on my HLT5076SX/XAA (bought 2 years ago from a reputable electronics store) last night. I called Samsung Support (1-800-SAMSUNG) right away and asked about this problem. The support representative put me on hold while she traced my model and serial number and came back with this information: "Your TV is out of warranty and this issue has not been reported for your model.     I purchased a Samsung French Door refrigerator at Sears on 8-22-08. It was delivered on 10-9-08. The model # RFG297AABP/XAA. On 8-11-09 a Sears service tech came out, my complaint was that my refrigerator kept getting water and ice under the deli tray and our freezer was getting a lot of frost, enough to make it hard to open the freezer door and difficult for the top tray to actually move out where it belongs in order to retrieve anything from it.   • TERRIBLE Customer Service



    I sent off my new but defective Blue-Ray player for service more than a month and a half ago. They lost it and can't seem to find it. I think it's only fair that they send me a new one.
